• Screens placed between staff and guests in reception
• Thermometers in reception to check health of guests
• Hand sanitizer & face masks for sale at reception
• A First Aid kit is available and guests have access to health care professionals
• Linens, towels and laundry washed in accordance with local authority guidelines
• Use of cleaning chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus
• Guest accommodation is thoroughly cleaned between stays
• Guests have the option to cancel any cleaning services for their accommodation during their stay
